Please read these terms and conditions (the "terms") carefully before setting up your "MySGI" Internet user account. This site is provided by SGI, SGI CANADA, SGI CANADA Insurance Services Limited, and Coachman (“the Company”, "us", "we" and "our") for the sole use of its authorized customers and issuers. When you create your "MySGI" Internet user account, and every time you sign in thereafter, you are confirming your acceptance of and willingness to comply with these terms. These terms may be revised from time to time. A notice will be posted to your "MySGI" profile if a change is made to the terms.

Access to this portion of the website and use of certain online services requires registration. You must be an existing customer of the Company to register. You agree to provide accurate and current information as required upon registering and to update your information in a timely manner to ensure it remains accurate and complete.

Please note, all services purchased through this website are provided solely at the customer's request and initiative. All transactions are conducted by the customer at the customer's own risk. SGI and the selected Issuers/Brokers are not responsible for customer errors or failure to renew before the expiry date. If you have any concerns about the nature of your transaction, SGI recommends you contact your issuer/broker for assistance.

In accessing "MySGI", you have agreed not to share your SGI Internet user account information with anyone. The Company will not be responsible for the protection of your information if your SGI Internet user account is accessed by another person using your account password. As part of your use of the “MySGI” Internet site, you are agreeing that the Company may contact you via your email account to provide you with information concerning our Company’s products and services, to solicit additional information from you directly for the purposes of providing you better service and developing our product lines, and to directly respond to any questions or concerns you may have regarding products and services from the Company.
Knowingly providing the Company with false or inaccurate information will jeopardize your insurance coverage. You will be required to provide proof, upon request, to support any statements or declarations made in the completion of any driver, or vehicle licensing or insurance policy transactions.

Please be advised that your contact information including your name, mailing address, email, telephone number(s) and product type will be provided to the licence issuer/broker that you have chosen so that you may be contacted for the purpose of providing customer support for the transactions you complete on this site and discussing and assessing your insurance needs.
